Happy New Month!

It's time to build fervency in prayer πŸ™

Hello ,

Guess what? We’re already half way through 2023! πŸŽ‰

Glooooooory! Yes! It is something to be most thankful to God for. God has sustained us from the start of the year up until the second half, and we ought to give thanks.

, as you enter the second half of 2023, I want to encourage you to build fervency in the place of prayers. The Bible admonishes us to rejoice and be prayerful in all circumstances - in good times and also not so good times.

❝

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing

1 Thessalonians 5:16-17 NKJV

Why is Fervency in Prayer important?

Fervency in prayer deepens your relationship with God.

Fervent prayer cultivates an intimate connection with God, allowing us to experience His love, grace, and guidance in a profound way. It opens up a channel of communication where we can pour out our deepest joys, struggles, and questions, knowing that God hears and responds.

When we cultivate the culture of fervency in prayer, our faith is strengthened as we witness God's faithfulness and provision in our lives. Through fervent prayer, we learn to trust God even in the midst of challenges and uncertainties.

In the fervency of prayer, our hearts become attuned to God's voice, leading us to greater clarity and understanding of His purpose for our lives. In the place of prayers, our lives and desires are aligned to God's will and we get clarity on bothering issues or decisions.

Just as you intentionally strengthen your body by feeding, I want you to intentionally build fervency in prayers in this second half of the year.

How do I build Fervency in Prayer?

  1. Intentionally develop a daily prayer routine by consciously setting aside a dedicated time each day to connect with God in prayer.

  2. Create a space free from distractions where you can focus solely on your conversation with Him.

  3. Be authentic and transparent in your prayers. Share your joys, fears, hopes, and struggles with God, knowing that He cares deeply for you.

Don't hold back; pour out your heart before Him. Embrace persistence, don't give up easily or become discouraged if answers don't come immediately. Trust that God is working behind the scenes and continue to fervently seek Him.

Triumph30 already has a structure to aid you as you continue to build fervency prayer and also build a rhythmic Bible study habit.
